，不過臨時喊卡可能有很多人會失望，只能硬著頭皮辦下去，錢的問題日後再來想辦法。昨在屏東市席開60桌，宴請全縣街友、獨居長輩及單親媽媽，另外還致贈每人500元急難救助紅包，希望春節期間不少社福團體放假之際，能支應生活所需。人安屏東站長蔡宗儒表示，這些弱勢民眾平常吃飯總是3、5分鐘草草解決，這次希望他們能坐下來，好好享受近1小時佳餚。社工私下透露，受去年高雄氣爆及漸涷人冰水挑戰的捐款排擠，雖然今年春節延後，但實際募到的餐費相較支出還有差距，只好先挪用其他年度項目經費。首次獲邀參加的20歲劉姓單親媽，獨立扶養2歲幼女，因經濟拮据，每日僅有一餐溫飽，導致哺餵母乳的孩子營養不足，去年加入烤地瓜謀生方案，漸漸改善經濟狀況，她有感而發地說，期待也能成為手心向下的人。，

畢業禮物楊梅區上湖國小畢業生，將把製作的馬賽克拼貼桐花，裝置在校園，當作送給母校的畢業禮物。（楊明峰攝）
「給學校留下畢業禮物！」楊梅區上湖國小為「油桐花特色小學」，校園處處充滿桐花印象，今年30個準畢業生，在藝術家葉佐智指導下，以馬賽克磚拼貼成「桐花仙子」，以及桐花故事牆，為校園更添桐花風采。上湖國小校長梁慧佳指出，上湖國小附近為傳統客家庄，因此學校多年來推出桐花特色小學，希望讓學童更認識客家文化，近年來畢業生在離校前，都會製作桐花意向作品留在學校，例如教室外牆等，更讓學校榮獲教育部「營造空間美學與發展特色學校計畫」優等獎。

學童唱驪歌 拼貼桐花牆留念

畢業禮物楊梅區上湖國小畢業生，將把製作的馬賽克拼貼桐花，裝置在校園，當作送給母校的畢業禮物。（楊明峰攝）
「給學校留下畢業禮物！」楊梅區上湖國小為「油桐花特色小學」，校園處處充滿桐花印象，今年30個準畢業生，在藝術家葉佐智指導下，以馬賽克磚拼貼成「桐花仙子」，以及桐花故事牆，為校園更添桐花風采。上湖國小校長梁慧佳指出，上湖國小附近為傳統客家庄，因此學校多年來推出桐花特色小學，希望讓學童更認識客家文化，近年來畢業生在離校前，都會製作桐花意向作品留在學校，例如教室外牆等，更讓學校榮獲教育部「營造空間美學與發展特色學校計畫」優等獎。

學校今年與馬賽克磚拼貼藝術家葉佐智合作，由他製作「桐花仙子」小型雕塑，9日再讓學童貼上馬賽克磚，完成作品。葉佐智同時也指導學生以馬賽克磚製作油桐花，將集結全體作品，貼在學校1處牆面，成為「桐花故事牆」。學生許穎生指出，親自完成作品貼在校園，將清楚表達校園特色，想到畢業後返校能見到作品給學弟妹欣賞，特別有意義。梁慧佳說，油桐花是客家傳統經濟作物，希望透過油桐意向，傳承客家硬頸精神，更希望啟發學生，讓桐花成為未來的文化創意元素。，
馬英九總統伉儷明天率團參加新教宗方濟的就職彌撒，

李佳霏表示，這次馬總統準備送給新任教宗方濟的禮物，是法蘭瓷名為「喜躍」的喜鵲瓷瓶。因為紀念教宗就職是一件喜事，而台灣傳統上認為，喜鵲具有好意象與好兆頭，希望這份禮品能帶給新教宗祝福。
此外，馬英九送給卸任教宗本篤十六世的禮物則是法蘭瓷的山茶花瓷瓶，表達對本篤十六世的祝福。她表示，除了致贈兩位教宗的禮品外，慶賀團此行準備送給其他相關人士的禮品，也都以瓷器為主。
李佳霏說，之所以選擇送法蘭瓷的瓷瓶，主因是法蘭瓷董事長陳立恆是天主教徒，也是輔仁大學校友，多年來熱心積極參與天主教事務；加上法蘭瓷系列作品東西並蘊，多年來深受外賓喜愛，是台灣優質的企業。
至於慶賀團在教廷的行程，李佳霏說，除了出席頭戲就職大典，以及視察大使館務，教廷方面提供宗教參訪的建議，但因為此次有超過一百五十個地區的慶賀團到訪，加上準備時間很短，協調作業只能用「很亂」來形容，因此詳細的行程恐怕要到飛機前才能確定。，

藍版證所稅修正方案出爐，

六大工商團體代表昨拜會行政院長江宜樺，也呼籲證所稅既然要調就要快，希望立法院本會期能通過修法。
證所稅檢討版日前出爐，不僅取消八千五百點天險，更將證所稅降為千分之一，引發外界批評此版本對大戶太優待，連提案要放寬證所稅的藍委都私下坦言，「不可思議」、「沒想到要五毛，財政部給一塊」。據了解，證所稅檢討小組日前在討論是否掀開台股八千五百點天險時，原本擔心財政部不肯讓，沒想到財政部長張盛和當場爽快答應，讓藍委大樂，因此很快和財政部達成共識。
據知情人士透露，財長張盛和經閣揆江宜樺點頭授權，才會放心和藍委達成共識，「這版本完全是張盛和跟江宜樺喬出來的」。
不過，費鴻泰昨日在院會中拿該版本找黨籍立委簽名，希望將此變成黨版時，卻當場遭盧秀燕拒絕。盧指該版是對少數大戶有利的版本，不應該讓整個國民黨替該版背書，更不該動用黨紀處罰立委。
她也說，擔任五屆立委以來，從沒看過政府對減稅的法案，改得比立委提案還寬鬆，張盛和過去為了背負馬總統使命，在妥協下通過證所稅，現在又在壓力之下，為修而修，全面妥協，「我不知道誰這麼有影響力，可以主導這一切，我不想知道也不想問。」
國民黨立委陳超明也將在周一提出修正動議，放寬政府對初次上市櫃（ＩＰＯ）股票課徵證所稅。據悉，證所稅檢討小組討論時，擔憂ＩＰＯ拿掉等同沒有證所稅，為顧及外界觀感，ＩＰＯ取消的機率極微。
面對黨內部分立委意見，費鴻泰昨則信心滿滿的說，「國民黨一定會有共識」，下周一排案審查證所稅案時，不但不發甲級動員，現場只要有六名藍委在場，就可以搞定表決、速戰速決，「一定讓證所稅案出委員會！」

藍營證所稅修法草案將於下周一至立院闖關，財政部長張盛和表示，新版證所稅比現在的證所稅更好，可收得到稅，也能維持租稅公平，既簡便又讓股市「有感」。他強調，堅持ＩＰＯ等股票交易仍核實課稅，從頭到尾都不考慮以調降證交稅的方式來當證所稅的配套。，

主持人于美人控訴丈夫與她的母親發生嚴重口角，差點拳頭相向，她已聲請保護令。她淚流滿面說，「我成為一個不孝順的女兒」。
媒體報導，于美人的丈夫James(王維倫)因故和于美人的母親爆發嚴重口角衝突，于母受到驚嚇，由員警陪同到派出所報案，當時正在錄影的于美人聽到消息，也立刻趕往派出所處理，于美人並決定為母親聲請保護令。
于美人傍晚出面召開記者會，說明事發經過以及這陣子家中發生的事情。她首先澄清和丈夫並無分居，但丈夫和她的母親常常發生爭吵，母親一直都很忍耐，這次又再度發生嚴重口角，
「我們一直都是住在一起的，我一直都很在乎這個家，所以呢，我盡我最大的努力，還有包容，希望維護這個家的完整」。
于美人說，這些年來，James和于媽媽多次發生爭吵，但她一直容忍，想辦法溝通；後來，因為母親摔傷行動不便，住在家裡，爭吵更多，29日晚間又因為爭吵，James不但差點對于媽媽拳頭相向，甚至威脅要趕于媽媽出去。
于美人聲淚俱下說，「如今我成為一個不孝順的女兒，我讓我的母親遭受這樣子的威脅，而要為我隱忍；我讓一個我曾經託付終身的男人這樣子的對待我，讓全心依靠我的小孩手足無措的坐在客廳一個晚上」。
于美人一邊擦淚一邊說，昨天是因為哥哥擔心母親，特地來家裡跟她的先生溝通，「結果哥哥才進門，先生就報警，不得不走法律程序」。
于美人還說，自己「好努力、好努力」拚命賺錢養家，曾100天連續錄影不休息，「我沒有我想像中那麼堅強」。
在于美人召開記者會後，一篇署名自稱于美人先生「王維倫」的聲明，透過曾在媒體服務的親友以電子郵件寄發給媒體記者，內容指于美人對媒體指控的內容，所言不實，昨天發生的事情有全程錄音，他將在法律程序中說明清楚，必要時公布錄音。1030330，

，但顯然一直處於各說各話的對立狀態。彼此其實都知道對方的困難和壓力，
，但就是無法拋開己見尋求共識，
，民眾始終弄不清楚爭論內容，
，也看不到專業對話，只感受到強烈的政治角力。當官員用政治思維看待教育問題時，很容易受到少數卻大聲的民意給蒙蔽，就如從三等第變成四標示，又從四標示再生出十量尺，為的只是滿足少數前端學生希望細分高下的需要，卻得讓所有學生跟著心煩！更糟的是可能為了不同的政治立場或意識型態，執意做出偏頗的教育決策，甚至為了顧及面子而不願坦承面對問題。教育問題很複雜，各學各派也常有不同見解，許多政策本來就難以符合所有人的需求，但總有些教育核心價值是可以遵循的。就如十二年國教的問題核心，應該是學生學習的成效，而非對升學排名的執著。官員們應看清問題，回歸教育本質，以多數人的權益為考量，才能造就學生長久幸福。畢竟，與孩子的未來人生相比，官員短短幾年的任期是微不足道的。（作者為康軒文教集團董事長），
