颱風天就是要去蓮池潭？颱風蘇迪勒肆虐高雄市區，下起滂沱大雨，左營景點蓮池潭水位飆升，一度快漫出來，居民膽顫心驚。水利局強調，蓮池潭有滯洪功能，不影響民眾生命安全。不過，現場也見陸客團興致不減，冒著風雨撐傘賞景，令人傻眼。蓮池潭是高雄著名觀光景點，近年有大型滑水賽事，加上農業局高雄物產館進駐，每逢假日吸引成千遊客造訪。不過，昨是颱風天，竟也有3、4個陸客團搭遊覽車前往，當地民眾直呼，簡直在玩命。

山東團陳姓大嬸說，昨早20多名團員從嘉義搭遊覽車到高雄觀光，首站抵達蓮池潭，未料滿是風雨，原本撐傘賞潭景，弄得滿身濕，只好到附近超商買雨衣。被問及颱風天為何還出遊，她笑說，「導遊排的啊！晚上還要去夜市呢！」在地張姓居民表示，當地已經很久沒有淹水，但昨天雨勢這麼大，還是有點怕怕的，很佩服陸客還有興致到此一遊。蓮池潭周邊路況也挺糟糕，環潭路路樹幾乎倒光，占據2線車道，車輛無法環湖通行，只能繞小路走。(中國時報)，

    　根據北京氣象台下午發布8時至14時全市雨量情況顯示，西北部雨量較大，平均為14.1毫米；東北部平均為13.7毫米；全市平均5.6毫米；最大為懷柔小樑前40.6毫米。
    　北京氣象台4日發布的暴雨藍色預警，是1日入汛以來的首個，當天14時35分即解除。北京市氣象局預計，6月上旬冷空氣活動較頻繁，多陣性降水天氣。今年6至8月，北京降水將偏多1至2成，汛期出現大雨以上量級的降水日數有5到8天，高於常年的4.8天。
    　另外，北京10日前後將舉行2013防汛綜合演練，模擬在夜間全市普降暴雨下，演練城市道路積水排水搶險、山區土石流險村避險轉移、景區遊客疏散與河道堤防搶險等科目。

我見我思－無人車與血汗司機

甫上市的《過勞之島》蒐集近年多起公車司機過勞猝死案例，

，這些司機多半因突發性心肌梗塞或腦中風，

，強忍著疼痛把公車開到安全地段，

，最後卻猝死在工作崗位上。他們的英勇表現成為新聞事件，

，也凸顯血汗司機的問題。近期一項調查發現，

，開一趟要花3～4小時，成為全台血汗公車第一名。儘管業者表示有給司機休息時間，但司機們也反應，開一趟下來經常憋尿，壓力很大。依勞保局統計，因過勞傷病、失能或死亡案件，「運輸及倉儲業」的發病數量名列前茅，2010年有7件，2012年增至17件。勞動部檢查國道客運駕駛員的工時狀況，發現違法比率達3～4成，去年的調查就發現違法比率高達4成，顯示這些年來司機超時工作過勞問題並未改善，連帶也影響旅客乘車安全。行政院會日前通過《勞基法》修正案，將實施周休2日，全國勞工的工時上限從兩周84小時縮短為每周40小時，並調高加班時數為54小時。對此，工商團體表示遺憾，不過，勞工團體卻認為，政府政策向來「重經濟、輕勞工」，許多隱藏性工時的問題若不解決，過勞現象仍難以改善。《過勞之島》中描述一名突發腦中風的司機，發病前的工時被切割得很零碎，每日下午2時上工到晚上12時，休息6小時後，又得上工，開了2趟之後，休息不久又要上工。雇主雖未違反一日12小時的法定工時上限（含加班），但這名司機無法好好休息，日積月累導致過勞，類似個案凸顯隱藏性工時的問題。自動駕駛的技術一旦發展成熟，司機們可能更擔心工作機會被取代；不過，短期內，公共汽車或許還難以進展到自動駕駛境界，政府與企業絕對有責任建立符合人性的勞動條件，避免製造更多血汗司機。，

今年下半年最令古典樂迷振奮的消息，莫過於全球三大交響樂團將接力來台，並由維也納愛樂在10月打頭陣，芝加哥交響樂團、柏林愛樂接續，炒熱2015至2016整個樂季。亞洲地區能成功邀請到全球三大樂團演出的幸福音樂城，只有台北和東京這兩個城市。就在維也納愛樂來台前夕，主辦單位牛耳藝術宣布新增高雄場的好消息，港都將首度迎來全球三大交響樂團。

今年下半年最令古典樂迷振奮的消息，莫過於全球三大交響樂團將接力來台，並由維也納愛樂在10月打頭陣，芝加哥交響樂團、柏林愛樂接續，炒熱2015至2016整個樂季。亞洲地區能成功邀請到全球三大樂團演出的幸福音樂城，只有台北和東京這兩個城市。就在維也納愛樂來台前夕，主辦單位牛耳藝術宣布新增高雄場的好消息，港都將首度迎來全球三大交響樂團。

艾森巴哈指揮兼獨奏暌違11年，維也納愛樂將由知名指揮克里斯朵夫．艾森巴哈領軍，10月13日、14日在台北國家音樂廳演出，艾森巴哈不但指揮樂團，也會親自演奏鋼琴。身為莫札特權威，艾森巴哈帶領的維也納愛樂，第一場將以莫札特歌劇《費加洛婚禮》序曲熱鬧揭幕，接續登場的是莫札特華麗的《交響協奏曲》、柴可夫斯基弦樂小夜曲、普羅高菲夫的《古典交響曲》，靈感均源自莫札特。台北的第二場演出，艾森巴哈將身兼鋼琴獨奏，獻上莫札特最顛峰時期譜下的《第23號鋼琴協奏曲》和流傳最廣的《第40號交響曲》，及貝多芬《第1號交響曲》，古典樂派經典宴饗樂迷。贊助商支持藝文活動能在一個樂季中邀請到全球三大樂團前來演出非易事，「沒想到我們辦到了」，牛耳藝術總監牛效華表示，維也納愛樂是在BMW總代理汎德、中國信託、中華航空的贊助下順利來台，「BMW、中信和華航都曾贊助全球三大來台演出，這次再度合作，顯示他們對於藝文推動不遺餘力。」牛效華舉例，如華航在飛機上播放維也納愛樂來台演出影片，「也讓音樂會資訊以最快速的方式讓華航貴賓級會員得知。」華航台灣地區處長羅皓明指出，華航2013年11月第一次贊助柏林愛樂，「對我們來說這是很大的嘗試，能與古典音樂合作對華航的形象很不錯。」高雄增場票券全賣光華航的會員有300萬人，超過40%是金卡會員，金卡之上有翡翠卡、晶鑽卡，「我們先通知貴賓級會員，成效很好，這點讓我們很訝異」，羅皓明笑說，「上次是柏林，這次是維也納，全球三大我們還缺一個，繼續努力。」維也納愛樂10月13、14日在台北國家音樂廳演出2場，15日在高雄至德堂演出1場，目前北高3場票券皆已售罄，宣告「全球三大樂團演出計畫」正式啟動。(中國時報)，

暑假求職旺季，但近來壽險業者不再愛用抗壓力低的大學新鮮人，反而耐操、服從性高的「退伍軍人」、「陸籍配偶」與「轉業護理人員」成為新寵，這兩年此三類族群人數增加1成，甚至有5個月就做到百萬薪的電銷高手。不少剛步入社會的大學生為追求高薪，會選擇從高額獎金的業務工作開始。但有壽險業者透露，大學生的優勢不再，特別是保險電銷人員。

大學生OUT 退伍軍人、陸配 轉職護理IN

暑假求職旺季，但近來壽險業者不再愛用抗壓力低的大學新鮮人，反而耐操、服從性高的「退伍軍人」、「陸籍配偶」與「轉業護理人員」成為新寵，這兩年此三類族群人數增加1成，甚至有5個月就做到百萬薪的電銷高手。不少剛步入社會的大學生為追求高薪，會選擇從高額獎金的業務工作開始。但有壽險業者透露，大學生的優勢不再，特別是保險電銷人員。

從事壽險業多年的人資長指出，大學生常無法承擔被拒絕的壓力，往往做不到一個月就落跑了。他坦承，近幾年挑選電話行銷業務時，偏愛錄用紀律性較強的退伍軍人、耐操的陸籍配偶、及抗壓性強的轉業護理人員。據AIA友邦人壽統計，年資滿6個月以上的電銷人員，平均月收入可達到5萬元以上，每4位就有1位達保險業最高榮譽百萬圓桌（MDRT）資格。壽險業人資長表示，職業軍人退伍後才40歲左右，不但抗壓性強、服從性高，對公司教學的SOP都能一步一步的學習，每個都能做超過三年。越來越多陸籍配偶拿到身分證後，出來工作分擔家計，該人資長指出，因為有經濟壓力，陸配耐操又聽話，不會任意離職，雖然一開始會有口音問題，讓電訪客人有誤以為是詐騙集團的疑慮，但在公司的調整下，口條越來越順，再加上陸配之間的聯絡圈，銷售成績越來越好，甚至出現有陸籍配偶擔任電銷專員，5個月就衝上百萬業績。他發現現在有不少護理人員因為受不了長工時，離開醫院轉入保險業，充分的醫療知識、配上親身在臨床遇上的小故事，也常成功簽下合約。粗估這類高抗壓型的轉職人員，大約增加一成，成為新的電銷生力軍。保誠人壽則強調，他們電話行銷部門希望找的人是個性正面積極、喜歡跟人互動者，不限類別。1111人力銀行副總經理何啟聖分析，少子化讓大學應屆生抗壓性較低，而行動裝置的普及也讓他們較缺乏自我行銷能力。反之護理人員一個人要服務超過12床病人，退伍軍人誓死達成任務訓練，都讓他們抗壓性很強。(中國時報)，

桃園市副市長邱太三，外界僅知他曾任檢察官及立委等職務，卻不知他是運動高手，從大學時就是籃球及桌球校隊，已59歲的他還是自行車隊的成員，每周與車隊選擇1條路線，足跡幾乎踏遍台灣，來到桃園市任副市長，還挑戰成功慈湖到下巴陵共42.9公里的北橫公路賽，可說是老當益壯。邱太三說，中部地區有好幾條腳踏車路線，包括日月潭環湖、后里到勝興火車站或到鯉魚潭，台中到彰化的台149線可達微熱山丘、而沿路都有櫻花景色的泰安火車站附近等等都有他與車隊的足跡。

桃園市副市長邱太三，外界僅知他曾任檢察官及立委等職務，卻不知他是運動高手，從大學時就是籃球及桌球校隊，已59歲的他還是自行車隊的成員，每周與車隊選擇1條路線，足跡幾乎踏遍台灣，來到桃園市任副市長，還挑戰成功慈湖到下巴陵共42.9公里的北橫公路賽，可說是老當益壯。邱太三說，中部地區有好幾條腳踏車路線，包括日月潭環湖、后里到勝興火車站或到鯉魚潭，台中到彰化的台149線可達微熱山丘、而沿路都有櫻花景色的泰安火車站附近等等都有他與車隊的足跡。

「我車隊名字很囂張，叫強悍車隊，已經成立10年！」邱太三說，每周四會固定聚會，並且選定1條路線挑戰，累積多年的經驗，今年初他還挑戰慈湖到下巴陵的北橫路線，他說，這條路線沒想像中的容易，「我是真的有騎完，觀旅局長還騎電動腳踏車勒！」邱太三的辦公室「密室」裡，有輛價值超過2000美金、結合各廠牌零件的夢幻自行車，他說，這是好友將自己廠的「精英零件」組裝成腳踏車送給他，「識貨」的車友一看到車身，說是碳纖車架，價值不斐。邱太三說，他來桃園後，也到各地自行車步道騎乘，坦承仍有進步空間，他說，桃園市的自行車步道目前不適合通勤，但可以結合觀光景點，相信有發展潛力。(中國時報)，
