    　國際科組長李佳進說，因蔡男不會說印尼話，無法工作，就叫女友陪酒，11月間因蔡男護照將過期，前往駐印尼代表處更換護照時，遭刑事局駐印尼的聯絡官查覺有異，向台灣通報後，確認蔡男身分後，透過印尼警方協助將蔡男逮捕到案。
    　國際科說，蔡男原本否認涉殺人案，但警方突破蔡男心防，蔡男坦承唐殺人時，他在一旁把風，警方今天將蔡押解給檢方歸案。1011204

彰化縣秀水鄉公所率全縣之先，響應縣政府推動「心香祭拜、不燒金不焚香」，結合23間宮廟主委、14村村長，26日共同在神明的見證下，簽署推動環保祭祀，號召信徒減少燃燒紙錢和鞭炮，為環保拜拜，具體地邁出了一大步。昨天秀水鄉公所發起簽署活動，彰化縣長魏明谷率府內環保局、衛生局等局處和議員、地方人士共同參與。魏明谷表示，秀水鄉公所創新用心來膜拜，以合掌代替燃香，符合環保、衛生的祭拜儀式，希望由彰化縣秀水鄉發起，全國一起響應，讓道教文化也可以成為世界級的宗教文化。

環保秀水鄉公所響應彰化縣政府推動環保拜拜，率全縣之先邀集鄉內23間宮廟主委、14村村長連署響應，減少燃燒紙錢、燃放鞭炮。（吳敏菁攝）

彰化縣秀水鄉公所率全縣之先，響應縣政府推動「心香祭拜、不燒金不焚香」，結合23間宮廟主委、14村村長，26日共同在神明的見證下，簽署推動環保祭祀，號召信徒減少燃燒紙錢和鞭炮，為環保拜拜，具體地邁出了一大步。昨天秀水鄉公所發起簽署活動，彰化縣長魏明谷率府內環保局、衛生局等局處和議員、地方人士共同參與。魏明谷表示，秀水鄉公所創新用心來膜拜，以合掌代替燃香，符合環保、衛生的祭拜儀式，希望由彰化縣秀水鄉發起，全國一起響應，讓道教文化也可以成為世界級的宗教文化。

秀水鄉長梁禎祥指出，燃燒紙錢或焚香會產生PM2.5細懸浮微粒，產生致癌物質，危害人體健康，以逐漸引起廣大重視，秀水鄉非常團結，公所在7月「普度月」推動環保拜拜，發揚普度的真諦，馬上得到在地宮廟和14村的村長共同響應，並接棒挨家挨戶帶動。環保局長江培根表示，除推動紙錢減燒、集中，還推動網路祭拜、以糧代金及減香等環保祭祀；尤其，以福壽麵取代燃燒紙錢已有30家以上廟宇加入。此外，各鄉鎮市公所、廟宇及社區約400多處配合紙錢集中。(中國時報)，

女死纏消防員 假靈堂扯一屍兩命

，最後求證是自導自演的鬧劇。
    　被王女多次誇張行徑搞到快精神分裂的消防隊員，不再顧及昔日情分，十一日委託律師提告。律師說，王女變造資料還大費周章設假靈堂，嚴重毀損消防隊員名譽，將提出加重誹謗告訴。
    　王女向媒體爆料，自稱是柯姓女麻醉師的表妹。消防隊員和柯女交往，四個多月前發現她懷孕竟避不見面，男方家屬要求拿掉孩子，即使要生也要驗ＤＮＡ，或者帶走認祖歸宗。表姊氣憤一時想不開，穿著紅衣在租屋處上吊身亡，一屍兩命死不瞑目。
    　王女在「表姊」臉書ＰＯ上血淋淋嬰兒剖腹照、超音波照片、道士帶領家屬移靈。前天甚至貼出表姊訃聞及供著親子檢驗報告的王女靈堂，甚至約記者到靈堂進行採訪。到了相約時間卻「拒訪」，禮儀公司聲稱家屬婉拒任何人捻香。
    　但靈堂照片非常怪異，現場有縣長吳志揚及立委陳學聖極大字樣的花籃。縣府民政局指示中壢殯葬所調查，發現都是假造，懷疑禮儀公司配合演戲。禮儀公司見紙包不住火，爆出內幕，原來天天到靈堂捻香的表妹，就是照片上的王女。業者說「女子以祈福名義替自己設靈堂」，證明柯女與王女就是同一人，戳破假死謊言。
    　靈堂供奉的親子鑑定書也沒有醫院的關防，王女如果在本月六日上吊自殺，檢方不可能在上吊當天就解剖，家屬更不可能當天就拿到檢體進行化驗，且要驗ＤＮＡ也應該送法醫研究所，而非林口長庚醫院；血淋淋的嬰兒剖腹照，嬰兒已經長出頭髮，四個月的嬰兒應沒這麼大。
    　據了解，王女以「家裡缺錢、父母生病」等理由，多次向消防隊員借錢，還說自己沒地方住，消防員好心收留，陸續借她十幾萬元，直到發現怪怪的，卻遭她恐怖糾纏。，

另類尋根 日津田兄弟 來台找泵浦

    　曾經遍及台灣家戶的手壓式汲水泵浦，

    　泰司仍忘不了帶回1支津田牌時，母親感動又安慰的神情，他說：「全盛時期，每月要賣3000支」，遍及美、日、大陸及台灣，他豎起大姆指說：「津田是No.1」。
    　靠著臉書社群「一群人」游子昂、林駿翔、林雅文等人協助下，兄弟倆在高雄找到不少泵浦，昨天兄弟倆兵分兩路，到中油公司宏毅、宏南社區及小港區又找到十多支，其中還有津田牌仍堅守崗位。
    　哲說，當年台灣廠裡有4位台籍學徒，後來也自行創業，開設「正」字頭的津田型泵浦，例如「正昌」等品牌，希望能找到這4人。
    　在小港區，遇上曾在津田家族徒孫輩的「正」字商號工作的60多歲台籍歐吉桑，但公司早已結束多年，老東家早已不知去向，若在世，恐怕也已經是百歲人瑞了。
    　雖然母親已逝，台籍學徒恐已作古，但津田兄弟尋根腳步仍不停歇，因為，每回台灣行，行囊裡除載滿泵浦記錄外，還有著濃濃台灣人情味。，
