，甚至色彩應用，皆以全齡化友善、方便、安全等為主。文化局指出，「通用設計」（Universal Design） 又名全民設計、全方位設計、共用性設計，不只考慮身心障礙者、老人等特殊對象，更顧及世代、性別等差異，以無障礙環境為基礎，讓所有人都能方便使用。例如閱讀桌椅設計分齡分眾，館內書架間距110至120公分，方便各族群通行。服務櫃台不能高於90公分，書桌下容膝深度至少45公分、容膝高度至少65公分，方便輪椅使用者使用。另外，出入口採無門檻設計，走道淨寬達90公分以上，出入口轉角牆面預留55公分以上淨空空間，讓動線更流暢。文化局說，館內指標設計，從字型、色彩對比到亮度都有標準，以直覺辨識符碼代替文字。為考慮輪椅、視、聽障礙及特殊需求者，資訊服務介面考量色弱、色盲配色，語音輔助等軟硬體設施，均獲得認證標章，打造「平順易通達」的人性化閱讀空間。文化局強調，新北市立圖書館除是全國首座以「通用設計」打造的公共圖書館，也將是首座公共空間通用化獲得「認證標章」的圖書館，希望透過友善設計方式，營造更溫馨便利，更自在的閱讀環境。，

    　提到保釣，總統說，海巡署早就進入釣魚台列嶼12海里處，在他上任總統後，即有13次與日本船艦發生對峙情形，前總統陳水扁任內也有5次，「我們護漁次數遠超過陳前總統」，顯示政府非常積極看待此一議題，既捍衛主權，也維護漁權。
    　總統表示，雖然釣魚台列嶼無法分割，但海域的資源卻可，為何不從這個角度切入？他因此提出「東海和平倡議」，並已受到國際注意。有些國家思索到最後，可說是「眾裡尋他千百度，驀然回首，那人卻在燈火闌珊處」，最後仍須用和平解決；否則能用武力解決嗎？
    　對於日本與中國大陸因釣魚台爭議武裝衝突的機會大不大？總統說，非常小，因為大家都知道，誰都禁不起如此衝擊，且對解決問題毫無幫助。雙方經過衝突，在經濟上都遭遇不小損失，大概可以到此為止。
    　對有沒有登釣魚台列嶼的想法，總統表示，釣魚台列嶼駐守日本40名警察，不在中華民國控制下，他日前所以選擇彭佳嶼，因彭佳嶼是中華民國距離釣魚台列嶼最近的領土，約73海里。彭佳嶼不論是地理、地質及生態等層面都與釣魚台列嶼一致，釣魚台列嶼與彭佳嶼都擁有相同的魚類資源，因此他訪視彭佳嶼，一方面是宣示主權，另方面則提出「東海和平倡議」。1011108

　她15歲從台中北上發展，一口台中腔，自嘲是吹著半屏山的「孔雀姊」，當時自卑得每天讀報，錄下來反覆細聽，１個月後改掉台中腔。也創作歌詞的她說：「今年要寫劇本，把我孔雀姊的故事寫出來。」

　她與伊林娛樂藝人劉以豪合作《72小時莎到你》，她是他心中女神，片中兩人有肌膚之親，讓他興奮又忐忑，試戲時，他因要貼近她講話，竟偷喝紅酒壯膽，反而臉紅心跳、呼吸加快，對著她耳朵猛喘氣，兩人尷尬笑場。
　劉以豪目前同時拍《莎到你》與《愛上九號球》，為了磨練演技，他１個月內看了50部電影，同時揣摩兩個角色，直呼：「超錯亂，感覺像劈腿！」片中，他將脫到只剩小短褲，為練出人魚線，每天做兩小時重量訓練，晚上８點之後不進食，晚餐只吃蔬果。
　他說：「除了人魚線，我還要練微笑線，每天提臀，練出屁股的線條。」在工作人員面前裸體放得開嗎？他害羞地說：「反正我在家也不穿衣服。」笑稱裸體和徐若瑄對戲才尷尬。，

    　呂炳宏說，他與謝依涵的祝姓男友及謝母交情不錯，上月廿三日他辦兒子滿月，他還請兩人前來，送上親手做的滿月禮。另外，他也知道祝男與謝依涵一直想開咖啡館，他和歐石城從不藏私，盡量教導如何煮咖啡，不曉得謝依涵竟會這樣對他、歐石城和鍾典峰。
    　呂炳宏對祝男與謝媽媽喊話說，「如果知道什麼事情，請主動向檢警聯絡」，似乎暗指兩人也許知道真凶何人及謝女動機等。
    　他說，從今以後面對媒體，全權由律師負責發言，他不便再多說，如果未來檢警有任何需要，他也會全力配合，盡早讓案情水落石出，還給伯伯（陳進福）和老師（張翠萍）一個公道。
    　當媒體追問「對謝依涵想說什麼？」呂炳宏淡淡地說，「沒什麼好說的」；目擊者指稱二月廿五日晚上「媽媽嘴」前有人燒金紙，呂鄭重否認，他說，他們當天並未燒金紙，「媽媽嘴」每年只在大年初五（今年是二月十四日）開工當天燒金紙。，

    　不過分析師多半預測今年大陸CPI壓力會較去年上升，估計全年在3.2到3.5%之間。大陸清華大學經濟學者李稻葵指出，今年農產品及能源價格將向上調整，預計CPI為3.2%；交通銀行首席經濟學家連平也表示，物價高點往往在CPI上漲的第2年出現，今年CPI至少為3%。
    　產能過剩情況持續
    　大陸國家統計局9日也公布2013年12月PPI（工業生產者出廠價格指數），年增率下降1.4%，也低於路透調查中值的負1.3%。PPI持續為負值，交行宏觀分析師唐建偉解讀，這表示產能過剩情況仍然持續，第4季需求繼續走弱，短期難以扭轉。
    　大陸國家信息中心經濟預測部副研究員閆敏表示，去年12月CPI漲幅低於預期，主因是食品價格平穩，非食品價格明顯回落，政策措施有相當抑制作用。
    　大陸國家信息中心宏觀經濟研究室主任牛犁則表示，CPI漲幅低於預期，顯示大陸經濟正在降溫，另一方面也與2013年整體貨幣政策回歸穩健有關；而輸入性通膨壓力去年明顯減弱，也是CPI低於預期的原因之一。
    　今年在3.2到3.5%之間
    　展望今年的CPI，分析師與機構預期皆較去年上漲，至少將超過3%。首創證券研究所副所長王劍輝表示，因去年基數較低，預計今年全年CPI在3.2到3.5%之間，但若今年上半年經濟運行顯著回落，CPI也將相應低於預期。
    　CPI控制得當，將使大陸的貨幣政策更有施展空間。中國銀行國際金融研究所主管溫彬指出，CPI低於目標意味貨幣政策可有一定彈性，人行可能會進一步調低存準率，調整目前流動性偏緊的狀態。
