2013~2015年首購族年齡與房價成長表
無殼蝸牛哀歌！根據房仲業最新大台北不動產成交統計資料，今年台北市中心區與郊區兩塊區域，首購族平均年齡首度打破「40大關」，往後延到40.9歲與40.1歲，意即要熬到不惑之年，才能擁有第一間房。對此結果，巢運團體直言「完全不意外」，也由此可見政府打房是假議題。根據永慶房產集團對2013年到2015年內部成交資料所進行的統整，2013年時，台北市中心區與郊區首購族平均年齡為39.4歲與38.3歲，新北市熱區為36.6歲。但到今年，台北市中心與郊區年齡層雙雙帶頭破40大關，各來到40.9歲與40.1歲新高點，2年來年齡拉升1.5歲跟1.8歲。新北市熱區首購年齡層也攀升1.4歲，來到38歲。

永慶房產集團研發中心經理黃舒衛說：「確實是第一次看到首購族平均年齡破40！」他指出，以購屋總價來看，總價仍持續攀高。以今年北市中心區來看，首購平均購屋總價2093萬，比2013年還高出221萬，郊區總價也高出124萬。連新北市1156萬，也比2年前漲了百萬。再檢視各行政區資料，房價最高的大安區，首購族平均年齡44.9歲，居大台北之冠。最容易入住的行政區則是新北新莊區，但首購族年齡36.5歲。巢運發言人彭揚凱說，政府從未開口說出「打房」兩字，所謂打房根本是個假議題。即使推房地合一稅措施，也都是從「稅」的角度出發。他說，現在房價看似漲不動，但每坪動輒破百萬，總價2、3000萬，以現在的薪水不動結構，難道2、3年後民眾就有能力買得起嗎？要年輕人買得起房，政府應設法讓他們可以負擔得起；至於不想買房的人，也有健全的租屋機制可用。黃舒衛建議，想提前趕在「三十而立」時，在大台北買房，只能往房價較低的區域找，並盡量選擇單價較低的舊華廈及公寓。(中國時報)，
