「為山城居民打造一條安全、合法又快速的道路！」東勢豐原快速道路第3標工程前段聯絡道部分，前市府原定路線必須徵收石岡區9房和萬墩兩里的3間民房，引起屋主憂心房屋遭拆除。建設局長黃玉霖昨前往拜訪屋主，決定民房及鴿舍均保留不拆除。黃玉霖指出，東勢人需要路，石岡人也需要路，蓋1條能夠紓解省道台三線交通負擔的快速道路是藍綠執政的交集；前市府時期環評程序有瑕疵，經石岡居民提起訴願，訴願會撤銷原處分，新市府依法暫時停工，並於8月25日重啟環評。

「為山城居民打造一條安全、合法又快速的道路！」東勢豐原快速道路第3標工程前段聯絡道部分，前市府原定路線必須徵收石岡區9房和萬墩兩里的3間民房，引起屋主憂心房屋遭拆除。建設局長黃玉霖昨前往拜訪屋主，決定民房及鴿舍均保留不拆除。黃玉霖指出，東勢人需要路，石岡人也需要路，蓋1條能夠紓解省道台三線交通負擔的快速道路是藍綠執政的交集；前市府時期環評程序有瑕疵，經石岡居民提起訴願，訴願會撤銷原處分，新市府依法暫時停工，並於8月25日重啟環評。

黃玉霖說，東勢豐原生活圈快速道路工程共分5標，第1、2標（國道4號至石岡段），因隧道出口處涉及地質敏感，已依環評結論進入2階段環評；第3、4、5標（石岡至東勢段）並未涉及地質敏感，已通過環評審議。因外界謠傳四起，引起當地居民恐慌。黃玉霖局昨日特別帶著檢討過的細部路線圖前往拜訪沿線屋主，針對各項疑慮詳加說明，希望讓當地居民都能安心生活。黃玉霖說，新市府決定「不拆民房」，不僅庄內任何1棟房子都不會拆除，連鴿舍也會獲得保留。黃玉霖強調，工程路線雖在前市府時期規畫，但新市府上任後概括承受，並主動找尋對市民最好的替代道路；目前第3、5標工程尚未進入細部設計階段，只要有其他路線可走，一定優先避開民宅，尊重在地聲音。(中國時報)，
