歐洲線運價破底,萬海航運名譽董事長陳朝亨昨日表示,歐洲大型航商刻意砍殺運價,這絕對不是好事,希望中國大陸能像捍衛亞洲-日本線運價一樣,也管一管亞歐線,讓歐洲線運價回到正常水準。陳朝亨表示,即便是歐洲最大航商,亞歐線成本每櫃也要900到1000美元,當前運價是「非常不合理的事」,就是先刻意壓低運價,用低價把其他業者逼出市場,再來調漲運價,但這對於企業、貨主都不是好事。

萬海昨日舉行股東會,通過每股配發現金股息2元,居貨櫃三雄之冠。對於今年營運,表示第2季近洋線運價比第1季降低約10%,第3季是傳統旺季,應該會有旺季水準。由於運力供過於求,歐洲線大崩跌,根據上海航交所報價,上周五亞歐線報價跌破每櫃300美元至284美元的歷史低點,較年初剩下不到3分之1,地中海線也跌至379美元新低。雖然萬海聚焦近洋線,遠洋線不多,不過萬海副總經理謝福隆解釋,遠洋航線狀況不好,還是會影響亞洲和中國大陸等近洋航線,這就會影響到萬海,對歐洲線仍須密切注意。萬海今年第1季載運櫃量約84萬櫃,比去年同期77萬櫃增加,推估第2季的載運量約較第1季成長1到2萬櫃,第3季的載運量也會維持在85萬櫃的水準,全年預計可達350萬櫃。(中國時報),
