花蓮縣政府推出全台首間「買斷式」花蓮青年宅，總計4705人上網登記，4日上午公開抽出800名正備取名額，蔡鍾男夫妻為在外工作女兒代抽籤，當場中籤羨煞旁人，兩人高興的說，「女兒終於有房子了，希望能找到好對象，青年住宅就是女兒的嫁妝」。花蓮青年宅昨公開抽籤，上午9時近千人湧進花蓮小巨蛋體育館觀看抽籤，縣府準備4台全自動樂透開球機，抽出600戶正取及200戶備取名額，由簡燦賢等4名律師擔任見證人，不少登記民眾說，心情很緊張，希望能趕快抽中，趕快安心。

花蓮縣政府推出全台首間「買斷式」花蓮青年宅，總計4705人上網登記，4日上午公開抽出800名正備取名額，蔡鍾男夫妻為在外工作女兒代抽籤，當場中籤羨煞旁人，兩人高興的說，「女兒終於有房子了，希望能找到好對象，青年住宅就是女兒的嫁妝」。花蓮青年宅昨公開抽籤，上午9時近千人湧進花蓮小巨蛋體育館觀看抽籤，縣府準備4台全自動樂透開球機，抽出600戶正取及200戶備取名額，由簡燦賢等4名律師擔任見證人，不少登記民眾說，心情很緊張，希望能趕快抽中，趕快安心。

住在新城鄉的少婦陳婉怡、陳婉欣姊妹，在丈夫的陪同下，抱著小嬰兒一起來抽籤，住在大家庭的陳婉怡說，「很想要屬於自己的家」，但現在花蓮新屋房價實在太驚人，可能一輩子也買不起，像花蓮車站前的舊套房也要200萬元， 讓她們買不下手。她認為，縣府推出總價250萬元的青年住宅，不但是全新的房子，價格還算合理，20坪空間對小家庭來說剛好，聽說社區有托嬰站等公共設施，讓她可以放心外出工作。71歲的蔡鍾男替女兒抽籤幸運中籤，當場笑得合不攏嘴，他說，未婚的女兒一直在外地工作，如今終於能返鄉定居，與家人團圓；他笑稱，希望女兒趕快找個好男生嫁了，「青年住宅就是女兒的嫁妝！」縣長傅崐萁表示，明年將三箭齊發，再推出青年住宅、合宜住宅及社會住宅，這次沒遞補上的民眾也別氣餒，明年第2期青年住宅將可優先遞補。花蓮縣府指出，600名正取戶還需經縣府審查確認具承購資格，若正取戶資格不符，則由備取戶依序審查至額滿，名單將於晚間9時公布於花蓮縣政府網站及青年安心成家住宅專區首頁。(中國時報)，
