，教育部的立場應該要改變。北北基特殊 不能統一規定台北市長柯文哲日前與教育部長吳思華針對12年國教方案針鋒相對，吳思華一席「我要負政治責任」的話，遭柯文哲怒嗆「你部長能當多久、負什麼政治責任？」為了迫在眉睫的基北區免試入學問題，雙方激烈交鋒，令人側目。儘管行政院長毛治國透過政院發言人孫立群表態支持吳思華，但可望成為國民黨主席的朱立倫，昨天以黨主席候選人身分出席新北宜蘭政見發表會時，會後針對媒體詢問的12年國教議題，除了重申既定立場之外，也意有所指地向教育部喊話。他說，對於12年國教態度與立場，從頭到尾一致，北北基區情況比較特殊，不可能用全國統一規定，過去在專業上，大家都討論過了，否則，低分高就、高分低就的情況將再度發生。現階段應該是如何在這基礎上，研擬更妥適方案，教育部不能一味的要求從過去的郝龍斌市長、柯文哲市長，甚至針對新北市、基隆市，都要依照教育部方案，這部分教育部態度應該要改變。他說，除了基北區的三地教育局長達成共識外，包括與柯市長也都通過電話、彼此交換意見，明確達成共識。政見發表 藉機酸吳思華朱立倫在政見發表會中，也似乎藉機酸了吳思華一下。他強調，無論是考試院、監察院、司法院大法官，院長、副院長與委員，都要經過立法院同意，只有最重要的行政院，沒有任何同意權。「行政院今天張部長、明天王部長，他還說要他負『政治責任』，但沒有獲得任何同意與審查」，這是標準的權責不符。，

新北市長朱立倫（謝幸恩攝）昨日參與中港抽水站擴建工程開工儀式表示，新五泰等地近年防洪標準提升，適逢蘇迪勒颱風來襲，市府相關局處同仁，48小時內不眠不休搶通疏洪道、重新堤外道，陸續清淤自行車步道、景觀設施等。

新北市水利局斥資6.2億元擴建中港抽水站工程，明年2月完工後，新莊、五股、泰山「貴子坑排水系統」3座抽水站的防洪頻率達10年標準，為新北市境內80座抽水站最高，每秒抽水量達202噸，不到10秒就可抽光1座標準游泳池。新北市長朱立倫（見圖左二，謝幸恩攝）昨日參與中港抽水站擴建工程開工儀式表示，新五泰等地近年防洪標準提升，適逢蘇迪勒颱風來襲，市府相關局處同仁，48小時內不眠不休搶通疏洪道、重新堤外道，陸續清淤自行車步道、景觀設施等。

新北市水利局斥資6.2億元擴建中港抽水站工程，明年2月完工後，新莊、五股、泰山「貴子坑排水系統」3座抽水站的防洪頻率達10年標準，為新北市境內80座抽水站最高，每秒抽水量達202噸，不到10秒就可抽光1座標準游泳池。新北市長朱立倫（見圖左二，謝幸恩攝）昨日參與中港抽水站擴建工程開工儀式表示，新五泰等地近年防洪標準提升，適逢蘇迪勒颱風來襲，市府相關局處同仁，48小時內不眠不休搶通疏洪道、重新堤外道，陸續清淤自行車步道、景觀設施等。

水利局則說，中港抽水站擴建工程不同一般傳統抽水站，活用一旁廢棄的大窠坑溪河道，串連起前方抽水站前池，可大幅提升滯洪空間，約5萬噸的蓄洪量，也設有綠地、生態池、自然步道等景觀設施。新北市現有80座抽水站，多集中在三重、蘆洲等地，水利局說，中港抽水站擴建後每秒抽水量達60噸，若加上現行的中港西抽水站、中港東抽水站，總抽水量有202噸，不到10秒可抽光1座1.89噸的標準游泳池水量。水利局也指出，多數標準市區地下道、抽水站設計為5年防洪頻率，以中港、中港東、中港西3座抽水站為主的新五泰「貴子坑排水系統」，集水面積1582公頃，若明年2月擴建完成，防洪頻率一舉提升到10年，為新北市排水系統中最高。此外，蘇迪勒夾帶強風暴雨，土城抽水站突然停擺，造成板橋浮洲淹水；水利局則說，浮洲地區淹水與土城抽水機無關，因當地湳仔溝抽水站滿載，降雨過大抽排不及，現行抽水站朝向擴建、更新方向，暫無新增需求。(中國時報)，
