超商沙拉包捲餅或配冷麵，清爽夏餐2合1，分量和吃法再升級。7-11去年8月推泰式雞絲冷麵沙拉是沙拉類榜首，今年分量增加40%，開胃討喜。全家去年7月沙拉冠軍的捲餅型沙拉，今年變身握沙拉，首周開賣帶動成長1.5倍。萊爾富8月11日前逾30支商品2件7折，OK超商再添夜市小吃新品，讓飽餐一頓更有滋味。7-11泰式雞絲冷麵沙拉帶動其他沙拉業績較前年同期成長近15%，這回義大利細麵分量增加，一樣有泰式醬汁、檸檬及青木瓜等佐料，價位從49元調到60元。配色很開胃的三色鮭魚飯65元，用智利銀鮭拌入芥花橄欖油，加上柴魚風味蛋鬆，紅色是鮭魚、黃色是蛋鬆、咖啡色是洋蔥筍丁，因銷售反應佳，陸續擴區販售。
