創立百年的日本極道集團山口組，年收入約800億美元，號稱世界最大規模的黑社會組織，日前正式分裂。原屬山口組直系次級分組的山健組、松下組等脫離另立「黨中央」，籌設「神戶山口組」，名稱與母組織互別苗頭，代紋（標誌）也採用一模一樣的「山菱」。山口組眼見勢難挽回，憤而「絕緣」（永久開除）處分山健組等5名直系組長，「破門」（一定期間後可重回組織）懲罰松下組等8名直系組長。形勢急轉直下，神戶山口組終於在9月6日宣告成立，參加團體除上述原屬山口組直系次級13分組之外，另直升納入山健組旗下的東生會，總共14個直系次級分組。神戶山口組組長由山健組組長井上邦雄領銜。

神戶山口組問世當天，以組長井上邦雄的名義，發表一篇「問候文書」，文情並茂，向社會各界痛快陳述成立宗旨。「值此山口組百年式典慶事終了之際，憶我初代山口春吉親分，及迄五代目渡邊芳則親分，衝越無數苦難，艱辛有成。尤其三代目田岡一雄親分，適逢敗戰，環境嚴酷，屢受官憲壓迫，不屈不撓，肇建爾今山口組穩固基礎，其功偉巨。我等有志一同，當思協力，如何承繼，將擁備歷史傳統的山口組，留存於未來永劫之中。詎料現山口組六代目親分，表面佯裝溫故知新，內裡充塞利己主義，冒瀆歷代親分，特別是違背三代目親分遺願，言行諸多不一，倘使看慣而置若罔聞，必定導致擁備歷史傳統的山口組走向滅亡。我等有志一同者，為求回歸任俠之道、順守歷代山口組親分之志，決意脫離六代目山口組，重新發足『神戶山口組』，未敢或忘歷代代親分之訓育與魂魄，心機一轉，披肝瀝膽，賭命覺悟。我等有志一同之衷心，期盼賢達體察相照……。」洋洋灑灑，像極了義正辭嚴的檄文。任何組織團體之所以內鬨，問題癥結不外金權分配頻起糾紛。2005年名古屋弘道會總裁司忍（本名篠田建市）就任六代目山口組親分，十年來弘道會親信幹部逐漸盤據「黨中央」，財務分配也都偏重名古屋分組。自認出身正統的關西分組，自覺飽受冷落壓榨，幫徒節衣縮食，哀聲嘆氣久矣。加上，將來的山口組七代目親分、八代目親分，謠傳已經各別內定弘道會出身的高山清司若頭、竹內照明若頭補佐。直教發祥於神戶的山口組旗下的關西分組，如何嚥下這口鳥氣。分裂的山口組關西系統另立黨中央，命名「神戶山口組」，擺明就是要搶回正統。山口組成員人人尊崇的三代目親分田岡一雄，二戰後初期，奮勇鬥爭黑白兩道，包括美日官憲、韓國人幫派和台灣人幫派，後來甚至收納後二者，智勇雙全，成為東亞黑社會津津樂道的傳奇人物。山口組新舊兩派相爭，風雨欲來，會不會波及彼此頗有淵源的台灣？值得觀察。(中國時報)，
