輕颱杜鵑路徑潛勢線
輕颱杜鵑路徑西移，加劇對台灣的威脅。氣象局預報，中秋節當天就會受到杜鵑外圍環流影響，北部、東北部會下陣雨，恐難賞月，越往南部看到月亮的機會越高，而下周一、二將是颱風最接近台灣的時候，屆時全台都有機會降雨，也不排除發布海上警報，但因變數還很大，今天過後未來動向才會更明朗。輕颱杜鵑因高低層分離明顯，路徑難以掌握，先前氣象局颱風路徑潛勢預測，杜鵑未來會轉往東北方，朝日本南方海面前進，不過在杜鵑結構逐漸整合後，各國都已向西修正杜鵑的路徑。

輕颱杜鵑路徑潛勢線
輕颱杜鵑路徑西移，加劇對台灣的威脅。氣象局預報，中秋節當天就會受到杜鵑外圍環流影響，北部、東北部會下陣雨，恐難賞月，越往南部看到月亮的機會越高，而下周一、二將是颱風最接近台灣的時候，屆時全台都有機會降雨，也不排除發布海上警報，但因變數還很大，今天過後未來動向才會更明朗。輕颱杜鵑因高低層分離明顯，路徑難以掌握，先前氣象局颱風路徑潛勢預測，杜鵑未來會轉往東北方，朝日本南方海面前進，不過在杜鵑結構逐漸整合後，各國都已向西修正杜鵑的路徑。

天氣風險公司總經理彭啟明指出，不少氣象預測模式預期，未來太平洋高壓會增強，導致杜鵑轉向偏西北方移動，甚至有部分預測會相當接近台灣陸地。中央大學大氣科學系兼任副教授吳德榮也表示，歐洲中期預報中心的系集模擬透露，杜鵑向東北迴轉的路徑數目大幅減少，向西偏轉的路徑數目明顯增加，其中不乏有直接通過台灣的預測，下周一、二不排除會闖入須發警報的警戒區域。昨晚各國的颱風路徑預測多指出，杜鵑將從台灣北邊海面通過，但與陸地的距離不一，氣象局預測的路徑與台灣陸地最遠，香港天文台則認為杜鵑會撲台。氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典則指出，杜鵑路徑明顯往西修訂，不僅中秋節的天氣會受影響，超級大潮的加成作用更不容輕忽。氣象局預報員洪甄聲指出，周六起各地海面亦有長浪，周日北部、東北部有陣雨，中部及花蓮有局部短暫陣雨，南部及台東雲量增多，因此不保證一定可以看見月亮，但賞月機會遠比北部高。下周一起全台都有機會下雨，但以中部以北及東北部最明顯。氣象局也提醒，去年10月11至12日即是因為超級大潮加上台灣東方海面颱風的外圍環流，造成台灣沿海浪高2至4公尺，導致彰化、金門、馬祖及台北市基隆河河濱道路淹水，因此西部沿海、金門、馬祖及澎湖地區應防範。(中國時報)，
