現代人每天打電腦、看手機,造成眼睛乾澀、視力減退;南投醫院營養師蕭曉安表示,透過飲食可以改善眼睛疲勞症狀,也要避免長時間使用電腦,或在暗處滑手機,且每半小時要休息10分鐘。蕭曉安指出,維生素A對視覺發揮重要作用,攝取不足時,眼睛對黑暗環境的適應能力就會減退,嚴重時可能導致夜盲症;推薦的食物包括肝臟、魚肝油、胡蘿蔔、地瓜、南瓜、蛋黃、木瓜與枸杞等。直接補充DHA,可強化視網膜的感光反應,維持視力功能;推薦食物為鮭魚、鮪魚、鯖魚。
